In Peru, the first Saturday of February honors the Pisco Sour, but at La Mar Bellevue one day is not enough to celebrate the country’s most emblematic spirit. Throughout February, the bar team will present a curated cocktail lineup featuring classics alongside contemporary expressions developed in collaboration with Caravedo.
Pisco Month also carries a purpose beyond the glass. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Pachacútec Culinary Institute in Peru, supporting culinary education and the next generation of Peruvian gastronomy.
Guests are invited to explore Pisco’s versatility through citrus-driven sours, aperitif-style builds, and more aromatic compositions. Consider Pisco Sour Day the opening toast. February is Pisco Month.
