A Collaborative Criollo Tasting Experience
On Thursday, February 26, La Mar Bellevue will host a one-night collaborative tasting experience with Patrimonio Pisco, celebrating the cultural and culinary depth of Peru’s iconic spirit through a family-style Criollo dinner.
Designed as an homage to Criollo cuisine — one of Peru’s most beloved and soulful culinary traditions, the evening brings forward dishes rooted in coastal heritage, Lima’s culinary vernacular, and the conviviality that defines family gatherings across the country. Served family-style, the menu leans into abundance, generosity, and the honest flavors that have shaped Criollo identity for generations.
Beyond cuisine, the experience highlights Pisco as both a cultural symbol and a gastronomic companion. The night will pair the dinner with a sequence of cocktails created exclusively with Patrimonio Pisco, including classic expressions, infused spirits, and tableside presentations that showcase the spirit’s range, craft, and versatility in a contemporary context.
From cebiches and anticuchos to seco norteño and picarones, the menu reflects the expansive spectrum of Criollo cooking — vibrant, robust, balanced, and deeply tied to place and history.
